Overview
We are organizing horseback tour in the direction of Hagiin Har Nuur which is hidden deep in a forest in the Khan- Khentii mountains strictly protected area. Hagiin Har Nuur is one of the 8 beautiful places in Mongolia.
Hagiin Har Nuur is located 180 km east of Ulaanbaatar in Erdene soum (administrative village), Tuv province. This lake located 1817.3 kiolometers above the sea level. It has 2.7kilometers long and 1.1kilometers wide, average depth is 11 meters and rich in fish.
It’s impossible to reach the lake side by car. So we will transport by car 110kilometers then we will be introduced by our horse guide and horses. We will reach the lake shore by horse.
One of the most beautiful places in Mongolia is the saxaul, moose, roe deer, ore, brown bears, wolves, lollipopes, dogs, mules, and many other wild animals. In addition, around 250 species of birds live in Khan Khentii Mountain Range.
When you travel on this journey, you will experience a truly adventure cavalry to discover uniquely exotic landscapes you have never seen before.

Tour Plan
Your guide and driver will pick up you from downtown in Ulaanbaatar and drive to Gorkhi Terelj national park which is located 60kilometers in the east.
When we get the national park we will visit Ariyabal monastery and see the Turtle rock. In this area natural formation is strange and unique.
You will see many mounts with strange shaped rock formations like camel, an image of man reading a book etc… and listen interesting legends related the rock.
When will drive up to 110kilometers and from here we will continue our trip by horse. We will be picked up by our horse guide here and introduced our horses. We will pack our belongings on the track horse and start our horseback travel in Khagiin Khar Nuur.
We will pass through marshy and mountainous area on the way to the lake. When we get the shore of the lake that is surrounded by trees and green meadow, our eyes and spirits are rejoiced.
We will have dinner at the bank of the lake while feeling natural beauty.
